Abstract |
While the super high-rise building is gathering strength all over the world recently the admixture applied to the ultra high strength concrete is recognized as essential materials. In particular, the research on fly-ash, industrial waste, has been carried out actively from the past, but its usage rate is on the decrease remarkably due to the degradation of early strength and irregular changes in quantity. After all, as a result of experiment by solving such problems and determining the plan for increasing the usage rate of fly-ash, Regardless of fly-ash fineness, this study has found out that the more the replacement rate increased, the more the fluidity of mortar improved. As the fineness increased, it found out that the setting acceleration arose. In addition, as the replacement rate increased regardless of fly-ash fineness, it appeared the decreased of heat of hydration regularly. Whereas the more the replacement rate between the water-binding material ratio and fly-ash increased, the more the strength decreased. In case of water-binding material ratio 40%, when the replacement rate was 45% in the fly-ash fineness class 6000 and 8000 the strength material age 28 days was more excellent than the plain mortar. This research reaches conclusion that it can be adjustable to around 15% from the limited replacement rate(30%). |
