| Abstract |
An apartment is a main residential facilities in Korea. The quality management is the essential management knowledge area and a lot of construction companies already have made an effort for improving the construction quality of apartments. The defects management of apartments is usually conducted during construction period, before move-in, and during guarantee period after occupancy. Currently the construction defects are usually measured by frequency only for the construction work. For the systematic and detailed defects management, the frequency, effects of the construction cost, and the technological importance should be considered at the same time. This study suggests the integrated construction defects assessment method and it can be used for preventing the construction defects and collecting the feedback information of the defects. |
