| Abstract |
The problem of elderly housing is not only the limited expansion of the living space for the elders but also the influence on both the development of the quality of elder's life and the short of social indirect expense. So recently, In spite that Ministry of Health and Welfare, Ministry of Construction and Transportation, and Ministry of commerce, Industry and Energy regulated and make standardization the design guidelines on elder housing, the differences of their detail regulation cause to bring confusion when design operates. Therefore. this study can be used for the integrate design guidelines for elderly housing through the comparative analysis on regulated design guidelines of elderly housing of each ministry since 2005. |
