Abstract Change of land use and increase of urban energy consumption effect not nature environment but urban life. This research analyzes urban heat environment characteristic and pattern, and present management of urban heat environment and mitigation plan for the comfortable and sustainable urban environment. This study conclusion are below: 1. It is clear to different temperature among the nature district, greens and waterside area in urban and urban, and it is segregated between a high temperature area and a low temperature area. 2. The study area is different temperature distribution according to land use. An industrial complex and the downtown area are shown high temperature. So, urban heat environment alleviation plan must set up that consideration of each area's heat characteristic and global level. Therefore, the study seeks to determine the characteristics of urban heat distribution in accordance with land usage and classify heat and cool islands within urban area to reflect such findings on urban thermal condition improvement and city planning for future urbanization plan.
