| Abstract |
Recently, the environmental concern is converted from "green" to "sustainability"concept in international society. The Code for Sustainable Homes that contains sustainability replaced Ecohomes for the assessment of new housing in England and it was be mandatory from 1 May 2008. This study aimed to identity and compare the rating indicators that are required for the Green Building Certification Criteria in order to realize the requirements of sustainable multi-family housing complexes. For this purpose, GBCC(Korea), EcoHomes(UK), Code for sustainable homes(UK) are compared and analyzed. The results of this study brings on reinforced energy standard and sustainable land use, etc. |
