Abstract |
Recently, Mual-Mandulgi in Korea has being changed to a kind of business for the residents use their living space in multi purpose; living, working, resting harmoniously. but it was always repairing environments or facilities one-time without resident's participation so it couldn't be being done continuously. This study tried to find the improvement way of resident agreement in respect of project's goal for maintenance and management of sustainable Maul-Mandulgi. It observed some cases with resident agreement and analyzed the relationship between actual result and resident agreement followed by project's goal. This study is concluded like the followings. First, resident agreement should reflect a plan with an image of the future of the region. Second, resident agreement should be made for the purpose of improvement of quality of resident's life. Third, resident agreement which can assure finances of village through resident's self-control is needed urgently. |
