| Abstract |
Construction new excellent technology evaluation system has come into a stable stage because about 514 technologies have been assigned according to the system and also have been applied to construction sites over 23,000 times in 2006. But, recent statistic data shows that the application and assignment of these technologies in construction is rapidly decreasing. It is investigated that these phenomenons are resulted from the problems, such as challenge of the technologies of the Owner because of the absence of verification for the safety and trust, even though it is recommended to introduce the system in design phase. Therefore, through questionnaire survey and expert consultation, to minimize or mitigate the risks of the usage of the technology, it was suggested to introduce a performance insurance system in the construction new excellent technology evaluation system which is to intensify the practical use of new technologies in the construction sites. |
