| Abstract |
Recently, development projects are being built domestic and international cities. This paper mainly focused on regional revitalization based on Development Project in Urban. This project is bigger and larger than before rebuilt projects. Former projects have problems which are unconsidered method and disruption of regional community. To make actual urban regeneration, it need to change both hit and run style and development thoughtless for the environment. And it requires consideration of economy, community, and culture based on regional revitalization. Furthermore it requires study of method based on comparison with international cases and domestic cases. As a result of having referenced idea as describe above, this paper will be studied by this process. First, definition of urban regeneration and regional revitalization from abroad is researched and the present condition of them in domestic market is researched. Second, problems of development projects and regional revitalization are investigated by checking documents. Third, overseas markets are consider to check trends nowadays. Fourth, elements and effects are derive from Konkuk University case by real effects of regional revitalization. Fifth, methods of regional revitalization are presented by derived elements of Konkuk University case and lately cases. |
