Abstract The global warming has been raised as the most serious problem all over the world at the present and many countries have been working out to reduce carbon dioxide emission which is the main factor to occur the global warming. The carbon dioxide is generated in all industries and particularly, construction industry occupy 42% of all industry wastes. Therefore, it is sorted as the environment obstruction industry. So, the development of environmentally sustainable construction materials is required to reduce carbon dioxide on the stage of producing construction materials. In this study, the energy consumption and carbon dioxide emission in the object floor components are analyzed and compared to each other with SUSB-LCA ver 1.0. As the result, it is analyzed that dry double floor has the best performance and has the worst performance in terms of environmentally sustainable performance.
