Abstract |
Kong-Gae-Gong-Ji in a site is an open space where can make use of not only users within a site but also outer passersby. Therefore, when public authorities construct a building within private site for securing Kong-Gae-Gong-Ji and provide certain part of the site as an open space, they endow incentives equivalent to those offer. This study regards the incentive system about Kong-Gae-Gong-Ji prescribed in the present Building Act as the way for improving effectiveness. Furthermore, in order to secure Kong-Gae-Gong-Ji, this study analyze the relationship among the factors involved in site including Kong-Gae-Gong-Ji through making use of legal factors according to the condition of site. |
