Abstract |
Conventional market is directly connected with daily life of citizens and occupy an important position for organization of the urban functions. The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of distribution and industrial classification of the conventional market in a viewpoint of urban regeneration. The contents of this study are composed of following four parts. In the first part, as a theoretical review, former researches regarding the conventional market related with distribution and industrial classification are reviewed. In the second part, the relation between the conventional market and urban regeneration are studied. As a case study, the market location in the downtown, accessibilities to the market and industrial classification are analyzed in the third part. In the last part, the ways for revitalizing conventional market are organized and planning directions for the future conventional market under consideration of the urban regeneration are suggested. |
