Abstract The purpose of this research is to analyze the satisfaction level and improvement methods of construction safety empirical education operated by the Korean Occupational Safety & Health Agency. On this research, the current situation of the administration reality and the experience education system of the construction safety empirical places by KOSHA are surveyed. Also questionnaire to education trainees is performed to understand the satisfaction level of the educational programs of the eduction places. The general satisfaction level is revealed to be high, but simple lectures in classrooms should be considered to be changed to empirical educations on sites. Also, The results of this research can be used to be references when the education program is changed. Finally, the improvement directions are suggested to inspire trainees based on the results of the research.
