Abstract |
Ministry of Land, Transportation and Marine Affairs has implemented Construction CALS project for improving informatization level of construction industry and for making construction production system efficient. An information system can improve its effects by evaluating itself during operation and maintenance period, however, Construction CALS system hasn't been evaluated yet. This study evaluated quality of Construction CALS System by implementing a practical analysis and designing a survey based on a satisfaction analysis of Construction CALS System, which was built in the former study. Evaluation model consists of three sections such as information quality, system quality, and service quality. Evaluation factors on information quality are accuracy, understandability, usefulness, precision, presence, conciseness, consistency, interpretability, credibility, and reliability. Evaluation factors on system quality are ease of use, usefulness, aesthetics, functionality, reliability, responsiveness, accessibility. stability, convenience, and empathy. Evaluation factors on service quality are variety, accessibility, responsiveness, rapidity, reliability, kindness, reactivity, convenience, and supportability. From this evaluation model, this study deduced superior factors and inferior factors for each quality factor and each system. Results of this study are expected to establish a framework for developing more complete system by recognizing more important elements for improving a system. |
