| Abstract |
The study aims at the analysis for weight of the environmental performance range by management area, which can increase the environmental value of apartment housing. The conclusion of the study is summed up as follows. First, the study has analysed the current environmental performance assessment tools to generate elements to the apartment housing and as a result, it presents 112 of elements. And the study characterized the environmental performance assessment tools. Second, GBCC system is more less relate to the social situation than the other environmental performance assessment tool. Third, An amount of influence to the environmental performance are apartment housing community, social situation and residents. The following studies are requested to complete this study for the creation of more useful standard, whereas it eliminate those unfit elements in Korea. |
