| Abstract |
People are getting information for building through various medium. But people can not approach the required data in spite of necessity and heft of performance information of building grade. Because synthetic evaluation model and systematic computing system for performance information of building is not consisting in domestic circumstance. That is why this paper is intended to propose computer based implementation model for Building Performance Evaluation. This research suggests (1)the criteria of performance evaluation items to be divided into two categories - performance of building itself, performance of exterior effect on building (2)the implementation scheme of web-based building performance evaluation system through computer aided model and the information classification system for the building performance evaluation. |
