| Abstract |
Recently, as construction projects are getting larger in scale and more complex, the performance at design phase has been more emphasized than past years. Also due to the limitless competition in design industry, it is essential for domestic deign firms to strengthen their capability of performing design projects. Assessing the capability of the design team is prerequisite for elevating the ability of design organization. To suggest the method of measuring the ability of the design team, the requirements of ISO 9001 and Key Process Area of CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration) were explored and capability measuring items of design project were driven. To verify the capability measuring items suggested in this research, a questionnaire survey about the degree of performance and importance of capability measuring area was executed. As a results, 23 capability measuring items and 5 management realms of design projects were proposed. |
