Abstract |
This research is a method for providing a better exhibit experience to visitors, and is a basic research for finding a way to appropriately relieve factors that evoke museum fatigue. The visitor within the exhibition space will increase in museum fatigue even through superior exhibition plan and arrangement. Appropriately controlling this museum fatigue means a better exhibition experience for the visitor. This study plans an appropriate arrangement and formation through analyzing the types and features of space for relieving museum fatigue of the visitor. The progression of research is through observation of the visitor's behavior of rest through the actions of the visitor's rest and the features of the museum's recovery space. The most important factor that affects the actions of the visitor taking rest was the mutual recognition between the visitors within the exhibition hall and compensative act on the fatigue due to concentration on the exhibit that is generated in the exhibition space. Through this result, we attempt to suggest a more specific alternative to recovering space for museum fatigue through later research. |
