Abstract |
In accordance with the increase of senile disabilities, the demand of a barrier-free house is rising up for the senile disabilities. In this reason, for building the standards of a barrier-free house design criteria. This study focuses the deduction of barrier factors into the house through the analysis of characteristic activity by the disabled type and purpose of the each room. Therefore, this study divides a house into 7 sectors; an entrance hall, a corridor, a living room, a bed room, a bath room, a kitchen room and a balcony, and deduces the barrier factors on each sector according to the blind and the disabled using wheelchairs. The direction of this study is decided by deduction of the former studies. The demands and circumstances of housing facility are based on the general request. This study classifies the character by the type of disability according to the performance on each room and the character of the blind and the disabled using wheelchairs which are based on the ISO standards and the study of Korean disabled person’s measurement. The research of human body’s measurement which is according with the various types of disabled is strongly requested. The study of human body’s precise standards is excluded. |
