Abstract |
This study intends to develop a proper selection system of waterproofing methods to which VE technique is applied. To achieve the goal, it assesses the evaluation items of waterproofing methods synthetically which are the objects for the evaluation and selection including not only their functional aspects such as performance, buildability, and maintenance but also the efficiency in regard of their relative risk. Thereby, it is necessary to suggest realistic criteria for the evaluation which will allow us to determine their value in terms of VE ultimately. This article will propose a cost evaluation model of RWLCC(Risk based Weighted Life Cycle Cost Risk) so that LCC evaluation can be performed in consideration of risk. Moreover, it decides the weight among the RWLCC evaluation items through structuralizing them hierarchically and analyzing them with AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) technique and figures out the relative risk of each waterproofing method which is the object of the evaluation and selection. |
