Abstract Since 1980's, the process management has been magnified gradually from manufacturing industry about under starting the territory the electron, the news agency, until construction. The business process management that improves a process and continuously about under the monitoring introduction in up-to-date technique of process management which improves a result is attempted from large size construction firms. Current research most it considers from large size construction firms, the research which it sees it analyzed BPM introductions from Small and Medium Construction Firms. Most researches lead and the result which it gets first of all applies the function where the margin of improvement of problem point is many in the functional center which first the Small and Medium Construction Firms in BPM various functions do certainly in necessity as introduces business process management with the method which strengthens the competitive power of the Small and Medium Construction Firms gradually about under applying. Second, when in BPM functions introducing, business process improvement function which it expects with the fact that it will grow first in the process relation business where the improvement support possibility is high first, in various operation structure about under introducing it does. The research is expected that it could be applied with the fundamental data for the introduction of business process management of the Small and Medium Construction Firms all.
