Abstract |
Steel Structures which made of steel have been increased because of increasing trend of larger, specialized, and complex structures. However most of steel structure manufacturing companies are small scale business. Because of those reason, although they recognize the importance of quality risk management, they don’t have own quality risk management process, tools, and systems. And they deal with quality risk with passive attitude based on previous practical experience. This study proposed management system for quality risk based on analysis priority of factors that affect steel structures construction quality management through AHP. Proposed system is the overall system that supports to control all construction information on site, to establish hierarchy for analyzing quality risk within each business process, to control NCR, and to correspond to quality risks. And the following researches to correspond quality risk through reserve fund management methods are expected actively. |
