| Abstract |
This paper presents an attempt to develop a prototype of the ubiquitous workspace that is a cozy, intelligent telework office environment. This setting is normally formed by the combination of physical and electronic space towards the ubiquitous office space. Digitalized & Flexible is becoming a new paradigm which appears in the age of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and eventually will offer us new life styles in the future. This study focuses on inquires from the aspect of building a smart office environment which is the ultimate goal of applying the wireless digital technology as a future trend. The results of this study are as the following: First, the design components of the u-Work space have been analyzed up to standards of the ubiquitous technology; Second, the suggestion of spatial requirement towards the practical level in the architectural planning has been proposed. |
