| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to research the architectural characteristics of the 13 recreational forests lodging facilities in Chungcheongnam-do and suggest the desirable architectural planning method. Also, this study includes the research on the user of the lodging facilities and the landscape surroundings. The result of this study can be summarized as follows; As the result, 1) comfortable main living space, 2) main bedroom which is independent of the living room, 3) sufficient kitchen space which is connected with main living space, 4) comfortable restroom and proper entrance space, 5) attic and deck as amenity space, 6) good view to outdoor surroundings, and 7) forest friendly shape design are suggested as the method of the lodging facilities planing. It is recommended for architects who understand the relationship between architecture and forests, to participate in the planing the recreational forests lodging facilities. |
