Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to analysis the Livability Criteria of Multi-family housing estates. In so far, livability space ratio or open space ratio, which were developed from Federal Housing Administration, have been applied to public housing project in Korea. However, since there have been developed many indoor community space like sports facilities, community facilities and recreation facilities, they may need new way of developing the livability space ratio by including there indoor community facilities. After reviewing the criteria like open space ratio, livable space ratio, indoor community space ratio, underground parking ratio and commercial space ratio, this paper is focusing the indoor community space as a crucial facts to the included as an indicator of livable community. |
