Abstract The study focuses on developing an innovated construction production process management model to improve construction productivity of the domestic construction industry. To accomplish this purpose, Lean Construction which can provide the foundation for a new form of project management in its control, performance, project delivery and coordination action is adapted to the study. Especially this study provides web-based process management system model to encourage the small-sized construction companies in controlling their projects. The innovated system model will be loaded on the web 2.0 based web cluster platform web-site to make the small-sized construction companies have the system with low price and achieve high performance. This study also provides the lean planning tools managed in each planning step and the relationship between the general contractors and subcontractors. Consequently, this study anticipates contributing the small-sized construction companies to solving the current process management problems and to having the structural and practical process management system.
