| Abstract |
Construction Supervision System has been introduced in the domestic construction industry since 1962. At this time, Construction Supervision System has been carried out by architects. Especially, the government has put in operation the supervision systems of housing to improve the quality and to prevent the fraudulent work in apartment construction projects from 1994. However, there is different from supervision terminology, supervision-oriented project, supervisor service, supervisor fee and supervisor arrangement in the related law. There are Architecture law, Housing law and Construction Technology Management law in related supervision law. Expecially, there are the problems of supervisor' arrangement standard and supervision fee in crowd-used building. These supervision standards is suitable for civil construction. In order to solve problems identified above, this study suggested the development of supervision system, supervisor' arrangement standard and supervision fee in crowd-used building. |
