Abstract The construction industry of Japan developed the eco-cement using city garbage, sewage and others for the domestic waste disposal, and this cement was adopted in JIS R 5214. However, there is the problem that the compressive strength of the concrete using the eco-cement under the long term age is lower than the concrete using portland cement. Accordingly, in this study, the eco-cement concrete using the fly-ash was produced for the improvement of the compressive strength of the eco-cement concrete under the long term age, and the time-dependent properties(compressive strength, young's modulus, drying shrinkage, cracking resistance performance) of eco-cement concrete were investigated, and almost the same properties were shown between the portland cement concrete and eco-cement concrete with fly ash.
