| Abstract |
As the situation is going on with the unfair lower fee practice, less than the standard of supervision fee, prevailing in the service, the fair amount of the fee is hardly expected to covince the customer, even if risking the quality of projects. This study has taken sampling over the responsible supervision fee practices, to analyse into the uncontrollable malpractice so that the factors could be fingered out leading to the under pricing fee and propose how to promote the fair competition over the legitimate fees deserved for mutual survival. Out of evaluation on the responsible samplings shows the trend that overall the fees are less than standard one, and to get worse, the lowest rate is accepted by the customer. Facing the situtation mentiond as above, this study prompted proposals to the concerned authority say to the attention of Construction and Transportation Ministry for the enforcing standard of supervision fee and to the attention of Planning and Budgetary Ministry for effective and reinforcing fee rate of the service, to see realization of monitoring fair execution of the budgetary expense, reinforced supervisory watch over the quality supervision service and the fair fee practice. |
