| Abstract |
Building permit is not latitude check for administrative department which has authority to building permit but legal decision according to the related laws. So for the administration of construction, both the public servants and the civil appealer should be able to easily understand the related laws and procedures. But at present, the laws which related with building permit are scattered in not only Architecture Law but also Individual Laws. So in order to set for organic relationship between Individual laws, the total building permit code was regulated in Architecture Law. But it is difficult to respond to often-revised Individual Laws.
