| Abstract |
China is constituted of 56 nations, and the Chinese is important nation, the Korean-Chinese is one member of the nations. They was distributed in Yanji of China. The Korean-Chinese immigrated from mid-19th century and had the history about 150 years. Even though they live together in Yanji, they have the different traditions, also they kept up their traditions and dwelling characteristics. The study is limited the scopes from 1980s to 2000s that the apartment building started to promote. The purpose of research is to study the transition of space factor, entry form, public space and heating system and to analyze about alternative source of plane type. In 1980s the apartment had about 1.4 floor, the area was about 40-60m². There was only basic space, and used Ondol heating system, L-D-K shape and kitchen entry form. In 1990s the apartment brought about a big changes. It had about 6-7floor, the area was about 60-140m², and the room and dressing room was increased. They used radiator and warm water floor heating system, hallway entry form. Also the public space was changed to L-DK and LDK. In 2000s the apartment was integrated into one kind of type. It was B type and used warm water floor heating system, LDK shape and living room entry form. In 2000s The boundary comes to be ambiguous between the Korean-Chinese and the Chinese, and the apartment was integrated into one kind of type. |
