| Abstract |
The purpose of this study was to analyze the public rental housing policy of HDB(Housing Development Board) Flats in Singapore. For this study, I took a survey on 199 people and visited HDB Hub and made a field survey of the HDB Flats. Through this survey I made a analytic frame on the Policy of HDB Flats, namely, physical maintenance and Socio-economical Servicing. The Physical maintenance involves Redevelopment, Main Upgrading Program, Interim Upgrading Program, Home Improvement Program, Neighborhood Renewal Program, Private Sector Participation and Sustainable town Strategy. Also the Socio-economical Servicing includes Social Mix, CPF and Housing Power. |
