Abstract Recently in the various constructional market, construction companies have realized to need a multi-change and tried to introduce Business Process Management(Below BPM) for their managerial environment which is enable to improve separation between process and IT. It also suggests a sustainable process change with monitoring. To introduce BPM effectively, however, they must have an appropriate process matched their managerial situation. This paper studied the theory of BPM and suggested Business Process Architecture (Below BPA) based on the interview from staff working construction companies. Further, we extracted some relatively-low unit tasks in a change frequency based on the BPM practitioners with a comprehensive survey of 10 construction companies and analyzed them through change frequency unit tasks of 11 points in the level of the mega process and the process. This will help selecting unit tasks which are relatively stable in terms of easiness by analyzing patterns of introducing BPM.
