| Abstract |
The regulations on the building use classifications and the types of the building are the basic means to apply the building regulations. So Building Code regulates the building use classifications to their uses. But except Building Code, each Individual Laws regulated their building use classification corresponds in their law goal. The disconnection between Laws causes to bring the various civil applications. Therefore the connection between the regulations on the building use classification in Building Code and the business permit-related Laws, preferentially we deduced the problems from mutual comparative analysis between Building Code and Individual Laws. And we will use them as basic data to revise the building use classification. |
