| Abstract |
This study aims to identity critical elements and relevance to its elements for the case study of ecological housing complex. For this purpose, this paper investigates 10 housing complexes which were built during the last 10 years. The key issue is relevant to the following opinion : economic and social development caused the environmental and energy problems. Environmental problem has raised interest augmentation on the quality of life. As a result, environmentally sound and sustainable development is becoming the world-wide issue in the last 30 years. This paper analyzes spatialㆍecologicalㆍeconomicalㆍsocial quality by the inside and outside of the country of ecological housing complex. Housing complex has been considered as one of testbeds in terms of sustainable developments. Also, the study includes theoretical investigation and analysis of ecological quality of housing complex. The results of this study are expected to lay groundwork for strategies for ecological housing complex. In the conclusion, ecological housing complex is found to interchange three elements : human-nature, human-social, social-nature. |
