Abstract |
Reach on the high-strength lightweight concrete and the flat plate slab system have been doing for reducing dead load of structure and the maximum of doing the use area. But the lightweight concrete has a weak on the shear behavior, and flat plate slab is need to punching shear reinforcement at the critical section of around of columns. Typical shear reinforcement methods are stirrup and stud rail method. Two methods respectively have a disadvantage of economic efficiency and construction efficiency. Consequently, the objective of this study is to investigate in punching shear performance of flat plate slab using the lightweight concrete. Also shear reinforcement method is proposed for maximizing economic efficiency and construction efficiency, and that is compared with the conventional reinforcement method. |
