| Abstract |
As far as the housing is concerned, the focus of problems are associated with low income families in rural areas, housing models are developed in order to reduce the housing cost. The low income families are common designation of homeless families. Most of small towns in korea have been experiencing a steady decline during the past decades of development. In order to solve these problems, Damyang county draw up the Master Plan. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the housing demand and supply in Damyang county, and to analyse the actual conditions of housing use and land price. In the first chapter, the purpose and background of this paper are studied. In the second chapter of this study, change of population and industrial for Damyang county are reviewed. In the third chapter, Damyang Master Plan regarding housing policy related with housing demand and housing supply, and related housing projects and investment are reviewed. As a case study, the housing complex location for Damyang county, characters of house types, house sizes, rent cost are analysed. In the last chapter, conclusion of this paper are suggested. |
