| Abstract |
This study aims to clarify the architectural planning methods of apartment complex after 2003. After extracting the architectural planning elements for each field by selecting the apartment complex which had been ordered by Korea National Housing Corporation and SH Corporation as the apartment complexes for case study, each architectural planning method was analyzed. If we closely examine the architectural planning methods by fields, the housing planning method by areas planned the housing space in accordance with the locational characteristics of the complex, the unit flexibility planning was made so as to cope with the life cycle of the tenants, and the scene specialization plan for elevation plan was made by designing the housing space section diversely by scene areas to create the urban scene. And, the sectional environment-friendly planning methods minimized the excavation and embankment volume by using existing topography efficiently, the common service facilities increased the accessibility and availability for the tenants in order to revitalize the tenant community, the parking lot planning was made in the consideration of convenience, safety, economical profitability, efficiency, comfortableness and environment-friendliness, and finally, the remodelling planning considered the Life Cycle Concept(LCC) of the building in order to overcome the lifetime limit of the building. |
