Abstract This study is purposed to develope dynamic evaluation model to understand the characteristics of current Green Building certification system. Environmental change has to be evaluated in the long term because it has a characteristic which bring on dynamic change through the long time. However, the Green Building Certification System is a static model lately. For this reason, sustainable architecture has required environmental dynamic evaluation model to do evaluate. To develop dynamic model, system dynamics is applied. System dynamics is composed of 4 phase : Causal mapping, Stock-Flow diagram, Model building and Simulation. Green building certification criteria are arranged in causal mapping onto 7 loops, which is basic elements of the modeling. The modeling is simulated in NUMBER methodology. As a result, this study make it possible to understand the dynamic of Green Building certification.
