Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to investigate the Mathematical Patterns of Past Provincial Governor's Official Residence at Gangwon-Do. This residence is in a difficulty for control because it is a building complex ; official space and dwelling space. But mathematical patterns fall under the control of it. This residence is composed of the mathematical patterns at plans and elevations. Also it follow comply with the functions. The plan is composed of a regular square and elevations is composed of the ratio of the golden section. And partial space producted through overlap of spaces. This residence has a full of Korean Modernism Architecture's values. |
