Abstract |
In large scale structural laboratory, construction accuracy and concrete quality control is very essential technology to construct reaction floor and reaction wall. However, Our country has many difficulties in establishing large structure experiments because we have not studied them yet and have few reports on large structure experiments. Accordingly, In this paper, pre-assembled unit-block using a penetration anchor sleeve is investigated to improve construction accuracy of reaction floor and reaction wall. Also, quality control in high flow, low heat and shrinkage reducing concrete through many pre-experiment is applied. The construction accuracy of penetration anchor sleeve is within deviation ±1mm, which means this construction method guarantees high accuracy. also, tfis method reduces construction period 30% compared to the conventional method. Based on concrete quality control, crack by naked eye observation didn't occurred. |
