| Abstract |
As international considerations about the Environmental Assessment on Green Buildings increase, KGBCC(Korean Green Building Certification Criteria) was developed in 2000 and has operated since 2002 in Korea. The objective of this study is to research residents' awareness about KGBCC, residents' satisfaction level, and the cause of dissatisfaction about KGBCC assessment standards which based on residents of the KGBCC certified apartments. For the research, the questionnaire about awareness of KGBCC, satisfaction level, and the cause of dissatisfaction were surveyed through residents of the KGBCC certified apartment in Samsan District, Inchon. The survey results were analyzed and compared with the assessment score, and improvement ways of KGBCC were suggested. |
