| Abstract |
Being reach a social consensus for tenants problem occurred by urban renewal project development, up to now it leaves something to be desired, even though tenants policy have been supplemented. By the government, renewal promotion project for housing supply has expended. From the viewpoint of space, time, local condition, system, this study suggests the device of tenants residence stability in renewal promotion districts in expectation of active promotion. According to the conclusion, First, essential for being connected with exterior and interior related projects in spacial renewal promotion areas. Second, required to progress the project in phase. Third, provide a plan which to being stable the Residence of tenants with reflection of the local conditions. Lastly, in urban dimension, renewal promotion project must be reflected on a super ordinate plan institutionally. |
