Abstract |
This paper is to provide cost effective heat supplying method applying double layer bubble sheet as a curing blanket of temporary curing facility based on the guideline of cold weather concrete practice supplied by Japanese Architectural Standard Specification. For the procedure of heat supplying curing method, firstly, it is necessary to assume temperature condition and target curing temperature. And then, amount of heat loss in curing room is calculated and after that, ventilation time is also obtained to calculate the amount of heat loss due to ventilation of curing room. Finally, total heat loss is calculated by considering above procedure. According to results, as expected, the application of double layer bubble sheet makes it possible to reduce the amount of heat loss due to heat transfer in curing room because of its favorable heat insulation effect. Compared with existing sheet, the use of double layer bubble sheet can save more than 40% of heater demand. |
