| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is on analyzing the Problems of Urban Improvement Projects and improving the systems for urban regeneration. This study have come up with following six conclusions that are applicable to urban environment in Korea. First, reorganizing of urban improvement projects and legislative system. Second, assuring transparency of projects. Third, strengthening publicity and the role of public institution. Forth, conversing progressively to the form of inhabitants initiative by strengthening residents' ability. Fifth, pursuit of diversity. Sixth, emphasis of social welfare for urban regeneration. |
