| Abstract |
As the Townhouse in the Block-typed Detached Housing Sites are pursuing an advanced, public space in townhouse haven't been considered than the individual gardens. But Public Exterior spaces are very important factors for Multi-family Housing Complex as community and interacting with neighborhoods. Therefore the purpose of this study is to investigate the planning aspects of townhouse, and find directions for improvement by searching for problems. For this, we have looked into the governments policy for the Block-typed Detached Housing Sites. The planning characters are divided and researched as ① Site planing ② Public Exterior planning ③ Parking planing ④ Private Exterior planning. According to the results of analysis, the attributes can be found problems due to the absence of regulations and design guidelines. Therefore this study suggests the improvement direction to exterior space planning of townhouse in new town. |
