Abstract Nowadays, multiple construction projects such as mixed use development projects or university relocation projects that are promoted under single construction program are increasing. The management of multiple construction projects are demanding different approaches from that of single construction project in the aspect of physical/monetary size, quantity of task/contract packages and etc. A lot of management techniques such as the prediction, the control, and the operation are applied throughout the life cycle of construction projects. Most of the prediction and the operation techniques are used at the planning phase and OM&R phase. But the control techniques such as progress management are used broadly throughout the whole phases of the project. In this study, a progress management system model which includes concepts, methods, system UI, and calculation sheets for the progress management of multiple construction are developed.
