| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to suggest the critical planning factors which can improve the residents’ satisfaction in the residential facilities for the elderly. This study consists of the following: considering the theory of the environment for the elderly, presenting the conception of evaluation based on the environment and behavior of the elderly, developing the criteria of evaluation tool for the residential facilities for the elderly by comparing it with other similar tools, and surveying the residents’ satisfaction and compiling statistics with the real residents’ opinions. The analysis were conducted by SPSS 15.0 Windows, which are frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. |
