Abstract The object of this study is to build an analysis model that can quantitatively measure visual information in space. In doing so, aspects of human visual perception was applied so as to further develop previous models that dealt with visual information. The proposed model was built based on the VAE model, further implanting visual angle (210° horizontal and 135° vertical) and visual precision following the function of (whereas : Visual Precision, : Eccentricity, : Distance). Furthermore, for 3-dimensional analysis, the VAE model was 'layered.' Finally, the model was named WLVAE (Weighted & Layered Visual Access and Exposure) model.
