| Abstract |
This study has been studied and analyzed by the actual condition of the change of the Use from the viewpoints of National Land Planning and Use Act, Building Codes and the regulation. As a result of the research and analysis, it conspicuously appears that the phenomena of mixed land use for the use regulation of the zoning aimed to the purification of the Use, especially, formed 87.4 percentage of the mixed industrial zone, 78.2 percentage of the semi-residential zone and 75.0 percentage of the third general residential zone. The analyzed results concentrated on the contents about the permission of the use within 4 different types of zoning with a high level of the mixing degree established an actual basis for the suggestion of the additional permissible plans including 15 different type of architectural works such as lodging, transportation, amusement facilities except for some incongruent ones. |
