| Abstract |
This paper dealt with introduction of CM and CM market that was based on the data from literature review, Ministry of Land, Transport, and Maritime Affairs and CM association. Correlation between CM and supervisor's market was investigated and survey was done among people who work for CM firm and supervising firm. This paper referred to previous paper that dealt with general understanding in CM and its problems. Therefore, compared to recent research and previous one, this paper showed that which differences are between past and present in CM, and what the recent problems are. And it suggested the future developed items for continuing development in CM area. |
